POSITION PROFILE
Title: Facility Services Coordinator
Reporting to: Office Manager

Job Purpose
Work in assisting the company’s day to day facility development and operational initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities/Key Results Area

  • Greet people coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate contacts
  • Provide information in person and by phone, and maintain front desk security and security access lists
  • Coordinate the meeting rooms schedule
  • Operate telephone system to answer, screen and forward telephone calls, take messages and provide information as required
  • Send and receive faxes
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Sort and process General Requests
  • Order office supplies and arrange for servicing for the photocopiers and other office equipment when necessary
  • Other various administrative duties
  • Embrace and support Work Space‚Äôs culture and values, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
  • Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday 09:00am to 05:00pm
  • Some evenings and weekend are required
  • Package
    Salary: $13.50 /hour

    Minimum Qualification/Experience:

  • Education & Past Experiences
  • A combination of professional experiences or equivalent combined education, designation and work experience will be considered
  • A degree in a business-related field, such as business administration or office administration is desired

    Acquired Skills

  • Above average Microsoft Office skills required
  • Accurately manage a multi-line phone system, and a cash register and debit machine

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, appropriately balanced with the need to complete tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills with a cordial and respectful demeanor

Notice Period

  • Notice Period within the probationary period is 1 weeks after the date of resignation
  • Notice Period after the probationary period is 2 weeks after the date of resignation
  • If employee fails to serve notice period, he will not be eligible for his last 15 days salary and end of service benefits
