POSITION PROFILE
Title: Sales Executive
Reporting to: Office Manager

Job Purpose
Sales Executive facilitates all outdoor marketing activities to promote Jobs Piara, and achieve organizational goals by working directly with customers and clients.

Principal Accountabilities/Key Results Area

  • Executing and implementing Sales strategies and Sales plan in line with organizational goals and objectives
  • Arranging, planning and preparing meetings with potential clients to promote our services and acquire business within GTA region
  • Implementing marketing and awareness campaigns for various corporate, industries, warehouses to reach the sales target of minimum 4 clients per month
  • Active participation in all client meetings physically for acquiring business and increasing sales. Capable of managing cold calls and direct marketing
  • Maintaining database from the clients and coordinating with them in timely manner to provide them complete information
  • Participating in development/distribution of all marketing collateral, adverts, brochures and advertisement contents
  • Planning and preparing list of their daily tasks/meetings and submitting their daily performance to Office manager
  • Meeting target clients and target audience to build business relations and collaboration with minimum target of 75 visits to potential clients

Job Context, Package & Commission structure

Working environment:

  • Outdoor Sales Environment
  • Probationary period fixed Salary

    • $1200 per month (Biweekly payment)
    • This salary will be applied after successful completion of one month on-job training
    • Training allowance $800 consolidated
    • After completion of six months probationary period fixed salary will be $ 1500 per month or equivalent per hour, plus full commission set by the Management

    Variable (Commission)

    • Business deal with Client company = $ 70 per client
    • Target = Minimum 4 clients per month

    • Making appointment & client visit = $ 2 per visit
    • Target = Minimum 75 visit per month

    Revenue achievement award

  • Sales Executive will be awarded further on his own revenue earned with the rate of 4.5%. This award will be calculated on quarterly basis
  • Above all category achiever will be awarded additional $ 500

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

  • Grade 12/1 year experience is Sales/Business Development

Job Specific Skills:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and clients, Strong communicator
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse employers, Hardworking, problem solving, efficient, flexible and adaptable
  • Capable of managing cold calls and direct marketing
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills, planning and strong selling skills, initiative and business development capabilities

Notice Period

  • Notice Period within the probationary period is 1 weeks after the date of resignation
  • Notice Period after the probationary period is 2 weeks after the date of resignation
  • If employee fails to serve notice period, he will not be eligible for his last 15 days salary and end of service benefits
