POSITION PROFILE
Title: Facility Services Coordinator
Reporting to: Office Manager
Job Purpose
Work in assisting the company’s day to day facility development and operational initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities/Key Results Area
- Greet people coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate contacts
- Provide information in person and by phone, and maintain front desk security and security access lists
- Coordinate the meeting rooms schedule
- Operate telephone system to answer, screen and forward telephone calls, take messages and provide information as required
- Send and receive faxes
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Sort and process General Requests
- Order office supplies and arrange for servicing for the photocopiers and other office equipment when necessary
- Other various administrative duties
- Embrace and support Work Space’s culture and values, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
- Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday 09:00am to 05:00pm
- Some evenings and weekend are required
- Education & Past Experiences
- A combination of professional experiences or equivalent combined education, designation and work experience will be considered
- A degree in a business-related field, such as business administration or office administration is desired
Acquired Skills
- Above average Microsoft Office skills required
- Accurately manage a multi-line phone system, and a cash register and debit machine
- Demonstrable strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy, appropriately balanced with the need to complete tasks
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills with a cordial and respectful demeanor
- Professional behaviors, specifically maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information
- Above average analytical skills and the ability to problem solve
- Consistently exhibits independent and self-guided work
- Openly accepts and adapts to change and fluctuating demands
Package
Salary: $13.50 /hour

Notice Period
- Notice Period within the probationary period is 1 weeks after the date of resignation
- Notice Period after the probationary period is 2 weeks after the date of resignation
- If employee fails to serve notice period, he will not be eligible for his last 15 days salary and end of service benefits
